Shahi Dayekh attends Istanbul Art and Antique Fair

Famous Lebanese-born painter Shahi Dayekh attends the Istanbul Art and Antique Fair (IAAF). The fair, which will be held for the third time this year and is considered an important meeting point for art circles, will open its doors on November 17.

Various events will also be held at the fair, where many artists and galleries from Turkey and abroad will take part. The works of Lebanese painter Shahi Dayekh will also be exhibited at the Istanbul Art and Antique Fair, which can be visited until 20 November.

Famous painter Shahi Dayekh, who has 7 collections called Seasons of Change, House of Illusions, Sirens, Escapes, A Vision, Reflections, Private, will present a few of these collections at Istanbul Art and Antique Fair. Dayekh’s recent works will also be exhibited at her stand at the Istanbul Art and Antique Fair.

“My story started with discovering my passion for painting,” said Shahi Dayekh; “Since then, I have started to express myself through my paintings. So, in a sense, painting developed as my way of expressing myself.”

Shahi Dayekh, who will attend the Istanbul Art and Antique Fair, which will start on November 17 at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center, made the following statements about Istanbul, which she sees as her second home: ”Istanbul is my second home. I love Istanbul and have been going there for as long as I can remember and have watched the way it has evolved. From the historical sights, to the night lights I am inspired by Istanbul’s energy. Istanbul has everlasting richness, beauty and culture that you would never find anywhere else.”

Continuing her works in her studio in Dubai, Shahi Dayekh plans to exhibit the works she has been working on, which she calls the “Bloom Collection”, at the Istanbul Art and Antique Fair if she grows up.
